Eazy Lett is a genuinely independent, family-run letting agency established in 2007. Since then, we have steadily grown and are now trusted to manage a portfolio of around 350 residential properties.
Based on Nantwich Road in Crewe, we are ideally located to manage properties throughout Crewe, Nantwich, Sandbach, South Cheshire, Stoke-on-Trent and the surrounding areas of Staffordshire.
We pride ourselves on providing a friendly and personal service while maintaining high professional standards. As an independent local agent, we can remain flexible and tailor our service to suit the individual needs of each landlord and property.
Available properties are proactively marketed on Rightmove, Eazylett.com and other suitable property platforms.
Fully Managed Service
Our standard fully managed service includes:

- Managing enquiries and arranging viewings
- Comprehensive tenant referencing and affordability checks
- Right to Rent checks for properties in England
- Preparation of tenancy documentation
- Collection and prompt transfer of rent
- Rent monitoring and landlord statements
- Registration and administration of tenancy deposits
- Transfer of Council Tax and utility accounts
- Regular property inspections
- Feedback and ongoing communication
- Management of repairs and maintenance
- No commission or mark-up added to contractor invoices
- Ongoing tenancy and compliance support
- Administration of compliant rent increases
- Guidance when possession of the property is required
For properties in England, our service reflects the requirements of the Renters’ Rights Act, including periodic tenancies and the updated rules relating to rent increases and possession.
Fully Managed Service Fees
- Letting fee: £300 including VAT
- Management commission: 12% including VAT
As tenancies in England now generally continue on a periodic basis, there is no routine tenancy-renewal fee.
Let-Only Service
For landlords who prefer to manage the property themselves, we also offer a let-only service which includes:
- Proactive marketing of your property
- Managing enquiries and arranging viewings
- Comprehensive tenant referencing and affordability checks
- Right to Rent checks for properties in England
- Preparation of tenancy documentation
- Collection of the first month’s rent
- Registration of the tenancy deposit
Let-only service: £420 including VAT
Following completion of the let-only service, the landlord remains responsible for the ongoing management of the property and tenancy, including repairs, rent collection, deposit compliance and all other legal obligations.
