Eazy Lett is a genuine family run business and has been operating around Crewe-Nantwich, Sandbach and staffordshire  since 2007. Over our first  10 years in business we have steadily built up a portfolio of over 200 managed  properties.

We are located at Crewe Hall which is ideally located in Crewe and a short drive to Stoke On Trent, meaning we can cover a large area of Staffordshire and South Cheshire.

We pride ourselves in offering a personal and friendly service to both landlords and tenants, at the same time maintaining a high standard of competence and professionalism.

Our standard managed service includes:

Pro active marketing of your property

Fully referenced tenants. Including Right to Rent checks

Transferring utilities and council tax accounts to tenants name

Strict periodic property inspections

Regular feedback if requested

Same day rent payments

Free management of security deposits

Property maintenance management

 

Management Service Fee’s               

Letting fee:                               £225 plus VAT

Management Commission:           8% plus VAT

Existing tenancy Renewal:           £40 plus VAT

 

 

If your looking to manage the property yourself we also offer a let only service.

This includes:

Pro active marketing of your property

Fully referenced tenants. Including Right To Rent Checks.

Free registration of security deposits

Collection of first months rent.

This service is set at a one off fee of £295 plus VAT.
